How to get Involved
You can become a Partner by (open to women and men from African /African-Caribbean backgrounds):
- Applying to become a Mentor
- Applying to become a Coach
- Applying to become a Mentee (you will be matched to a Mentor/Coach)
- Supporting prospective mentees with advice and relevant signposting within your field of expertise
- Supporting the Bridge program
- Supporting the Heritage Parent Academy
- Supporting and raising the profile of our network on social media and other networks
- Participating in school career days
- Supporting publicity and other community engagements
- Supporting relevant survey and research
- Supporting review of key articles related to race, diversity equal opportunities
- Supporting and participating in relevant webinars and other publicity engagements
- Financially donating or raising money to support our network
You can become an Associate Member by (open to people from other minority ethnic backgrounds including people from non-minority ethnic backgrounds with interest in supporting minority ethnic initiatives):
- Applying to become a Mentee
- Applying to be a Mentor
- Supporting the Bridge Program
- Supporting the Heritage Parent Academy
- Affiliating with our Organisation
- Raising the profile of our network on social media and other networks and supporting publicity and community engagements
- Actively participating in our webinars and other publicity events
- Participating in school career days
- Becoming involved in relevant surveys/research
- Reviewing key relevant articles and research related to race, diversity equal opportunities and supporting BAME communities
- Financial (donate or raise money to support our cause)
Bridge Program (open to men and women from all ethnic backgrounds with interest in supporting minority ethnic initiatives):
- You can become a Mentor, Supporter or Champion for the Bridge Program
